Roarchy

Roarchy is a boutique fashion venture founded by Simon McCullough, created after identifying a gap in the lingerie market for bold, expressive designs that move beyond traditional minimalist styles. The brand was inspired by an aesthetic that blends retro 1980s influences, contemporary pop culture, and a sense of playful confidence, creating designs intended to stand out from conventional lingerie offerings. Roarchy launched in Singapore in 2025, initially selling through open event stalls and private sales channels. Early success came from direct engagement with customers, allowing Simon to better understand consumer preferences and refine the brand’s direction. Working directly with manufacturers, Simon developed product concepts by selecting fabrics, materials, and design styles that aligned with the brand’s distinctive identity while responding to customer demand. The venture proved commercially successful during its launch phase and has since transitioned primarily to online sales based in the United Kingdom, adapting to logistical considerations and international employment regulations while maintaining the brand’s creative direction. Roarchy reflects Simon’s wider entrepreneurial interest in branding, design, and consumer engagement, exploring how strong visual identity and creative storytelling can help build distinctive niche brands.
